  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER,SUNIL IS NOT AN HONEST MAN! BOUGHT FROM HIM ONLINE. this has been the worst experience ever. My first purchase from ARC. Condesending decietful tactics at its best. As long as he makes the sale, he`s happy. He tries to get you to work it out with ARC,then walks away from the problem he created. When you hold him accountable he runs. I tried to speak to him to resolve this issue and he started to swear at me that I didnt know S__T! Then proceeded to tell me he put 2 new tubes into a unit intead of replacing all of them like is recommended by ARC and never marked the position of the tubes which is also recommended by Audio Research. These tubes should all match and be balanced. How do I know the hours? or the location of the tubes, they`re not marked? I`m forced now to have to purchase new tubes, Change the faceplate(he bought) and change screws on a unit Sunil himself listed as MINT! on Facebook. After a month of this dealers lies ,Sunil is still not willing to make it right. This man has no Integrity and is lacking customer service. He sent the unit knowing it wasnt MINT as he stated. Sunil back pedals when held accountable . BUYER BEWARE! You would think Audio Research would have better quality control of the ARC dealers that represent them. After all the unit sits on a stand and is run by a remote, How does the face gets scratches on it and screws get changed out on the side into silver on a black unit? PICTURES DONT LIE PEOPLE DO. When you say MINT, Then it should be MINT. I didnt know the same faceplate only without the scratches was an upgrade? Black screws on a black unit listed as MINT is not an upgrade. TUBES THAT ARE ALL MATCHED ON A UNIT YOU LISTED AS MINT IS NOT AN UPGRADE. All I asked for was the MINT unit you listed on Facebook. In a dark place..lol as far as your heritage and bodily harm threat-You`re really making yourself look bad here. You`re a dealer? representing Audio Research? If you have to go this far to cover up a lie, You should find another profession. This one isn`t working for you. Ignorance is a choice! Have a good day . You cannot expect me to return a unit after I have put my time into it for a new unit at a discount off of retail? Noone pays retail Sunil, you know that. What a shame. I really thought we were going to have a great relationship as I travel to California very often . Maybe one day you can surprise me with a great deal and we can put this behind us. When you work as hard as I do and am a man of my word, I expect the same.

  There is no such thing as better in digital. Digital either is or is not. It either works or it does not work. Can't play good better and best in the digital game. Addendum, Yes I know Scott and will always deal with him. He knows his stuff. Please speak to my EE degree and tell me how a digital signal can have any difference at all. A one is one and a zero is a zero. As long as the signal gets thru the cable there can be no good better or best, it can only be that the signal got thru or it did not. After taking the digital signal and converting it to analog is a whole different story. I am not the least bit bitter. I just don't like to be insulted by thinking I will be taken in by bogus claims and trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the not so educated.
